My <.... I dont think that we touched on any real solutions just yet . I dont know why it is that you chose the organic soil and then used a non organic fertilizer.? At one time my friend used miracle grow soil exclusively and his plants started looking the exact same way. He then switched to a more natural soil blend and continued to use the mg fert. Again same problem. I know that billions love mg products for growing their weed and have had great results. Maybe these people have the mg products products down to a science but I do not . Sometime plant genetics give you a clawed leaf as i have many of my own and I have no nutrient, light ,or temp deficiencies. Sometimes cold air temp or a cold foliar spray will cause leafs to pucker permanently. To much N will also give your plants symptoms of N deficiency. Cannibis is a weed and all weeds typically grow well with just a little extra help. People always over do it, i know this because I use to do it.

you need more light, better nutes... for starters.

If I had to make an educated guess, without knowing the N-P-K of your MiracleGro, I'd say they need some nitrogen at least.
WRONG! They had too much already. Moe light - a hell of a lot more - and air moving. Get both.

ight RIU i got new lights 4 23w cfl's with a total of 92w and outputting 6400 lumens
Good. Hopefully you got 6500k bulbs (color spectrum) Its always best to mix Cool Light (5k to 6500k) and warm light (2k to 3k). You want more light in the cool light spectrum during veg. And mostly warm light spectrum when you switch to 12/12 (flower) Post new pics when you have them set up.
