What is this flowers? Like banana
You definitely have a Hermie three choices.
1. Pick them off gently without popping them open (very time consuming).
2. Pull it out of room and kill it especially if you don't want to accidently seed other females.
3. If you have somewhere else you can finish it off in a tent on its own and collect seeds/pollen for the option to cross using pollen from it.

If it’s hermie, do the world of genetics a favour and just kill it.

It's not stone cold fact that hermaphrodites are a genetic error. Growers know that certain environmental conditions can cause it, so why assume it's built into the genes of their seeds?

Hermaphroditism in Marijuana (Cannabis sativa L.) Inflorescences – Impact on Floral Morphology, Seed Formation, Progeny Sex Ratios, and Genetic Variation
From that article:
Nei’s index of gene diversity and Shannon’s Information index were not statistically different for both populations. The extent of genetic variation after one generation of selfing in the progeny from hermaphroditic seed is similar to that in progeny from cross-fertilized seeds.

Seeing pollen sacks and especially nanners hanging or coming out of a bud actually make me sick in the stomach. Am I the only one? It just looks disgusting.
