I dont understand GHE feeding chart for hydro

Hi guys , I'm about to change nutrients and wanted to go with GHE but ' I don't understand the RATIO for grow,micra,bloom?

Here is the feeding chart if some one could tell me what it would be per litre
From what I can tell it said 2.5ml per 1litre? ? Thus cant be right?

You ALWAYS want to start off at 1/2 what the bottle says...ALWAYS your baby's will tell you when it's time for more and you won't burn the fuck out of your plants
