i feel like my girls are slowing down , pictures........

i am like 4 weeks in to flowering, i know it should be more bud then this because i had a little issue with light entering my room in the beginning but now its all set. i got them running on 6 100w cfl on each plant and 2 cfl 100w in between them, ph i need to raise slowly by slowly because its on 5.5. room temp is 76-80. i feed the plants every 3rd watering with fox farm tiger bloom and cha ching. what should i do to get my buds to get bigger. i feel like they are slowing down and one plant is beating the other.

It just takes time sometimes, not every plant is going to be exactly the same as the other size wise. Just give it time and you should be gifted with beautiful buds.

How's your ventilation? Lack of CO2 will stun plant growth.

i have the ac running on 78 and a fan on the other side of the room to keep the air moving. that should be okay right
