For some reason up to this point I've not read while baked, I always get to lazy and just fall asleep watching TV or something.. But today I was reading this book because I was just in that mood when I got baked and holy fuck it was like a movie in my head.. I'm just wondering if I always have to be this high to enjoy reading a book? I'm at like a.. 10. :eyesmoke:

I haven't read a book in a long time, I should get on that. But yeah reading while superbaked is awesome. I too have read A Brave New World and found it quite enjoyable. A few others I've read that I would recommend reading superbaked are as follows: "Ubik" and "The Man in the High Castle" by Phillip K. Dick and "One Hundred Years of Solitude" by Gabriel Garcia Marquez.

Love reading....Some fiction some non fiction. Always found it to be better than TV. Just this past month I finally broke down and bought a set of reading glasses LOL. It was to a point where getting through 1 chapter was tough. My eyes were just too tired, Dr Eye laid it all out for me so I now know my eyes are just as old as the rest of me LOL. Now I can read an entire book in a night if its worth it.

I was such a wake and bake stoner that I never understood the joy of reading until forced to be sober. I hate to admit it, but I couldn't remember what I read a page back half the time so there was no way to really get into the flow of a book. I had to keep going back and forth and forgot too much along the way while reading.

Not saying there's anything wrong with smoking, just countering your thread title with my own messed up experience. If you haven't smoked yourself retarted for way too long like I did then you're far better off than me, but try to learn to use your full imagination while sober is all I'm saying, you should be able to enjoy a book either way.

amazing book. all the members didnt talk to eachother while writing the book. each of them put their own experiences into it, without speaking about it with the others. this gives different viewpoints to some situations

ozzy's and slash's books are badass

right now im reading "how we decide". it shows how your brain works, and how emotions and logic come together to form decisions. ive learned a LOT from it, heres a link http://search.barnesandnoble.com/How-We-Decide/Jonah-Lehrer/e/9780547247991/
