I found nugs from 18 months ago... NEED HELP!

Hey all,

I found nugs from 18 months ago when I used to push and its like... 3-6 zips. Obviously thats pretty sizable and I do not want to throw it away.. because at the time I payed at least 600 for it. Anyways so I found it (actually an electrician working in my attack did lol) but it smells so terrible and has white like clothy mold on it. How can I fix it? Is it even possible? I was thinking about freezing it for a couple days and then spray peroxide on it... then..? I really dont know but I need help badly, I smoked some of it and got high but it made my throat feel weird. Thx a lot,

man how do you just fuckin loose 600 bucks worth of pot? i mean shit, ive smoked alot of weed. but ive never been so high i forgot where my stash was.

I think the only way to make the moldy buds safe is use them to make bubble hash!
IMO, it is not worth the risk to smoke the moldy buds!

I remember when I was dealing. I found a box full of money! I was so happy. But, then I realized it was just where I put all my one's. It was only like 90 bucks lol. I thought it was a couple hundred at first, b/c I seen just a wad of cash. Finding 90 dollars is still cool, tho:mrgreen:

i'm still looking for that 1/4lb i put away last year. it's in a sealed jar so it's safe. but where the hell is it?:confused:

I'm a big cigar afficianado, and sometimes cigars stored for long periods of time get a white film on them, its harmless.
However, your situation is different, its a $600 lesson.

My cousin from another state was visiting me last summer and i got in the back seat of his car to go to a party and as we were riding along i was checkin out his ride and found about a half ounce in the pouch behind the passenger seat. it was way in the bottom. He said he figured it was about 6-9 months old. It was petty crispy but no mold. He said it was real good tree to start with, it still had a decent smell to it so we blazed it up. Got toasted as usual.:blsmoke:


btw: this is my first post, so hello to everyone on ROI. I have been followng the forums ever since OG died, lots of good stuff. I guess i'm just finally stoned enough to make a post. lol :peace::joint:

jus scrape the mold off or somethin, lol... if i had that many zips and really nothin to do with em id do the butane extract or salvage whatever isn't affected by the mold and make a tincture (thc drops) since smoking it isn't the smartest thing....

once while getting the house ready for a party i found a bag of weed that i lost a couple months earlier.... i opened the bag up and it didn't even smell like weed anymore... so i sold it got my money back and told the dude i sold it to it was some new killa shit and he bought it, hahahahaha
