I woke up this morning yawned, stretched for a second and looked at my babies. I noticed i had a lil sprout in a pot thats never been there before it's right next to my 5 day old veg plant. What shld i do?.

You didn't really say, is it an MJ sprout? If not, pluck it, toss it. If it is, you can try to gently scoop it out with a spoon and replant it in it's own container.

ohhhhhh i had a bunch of those little green things and little mucshrooms goring before i transplanted.... i dont know what it was or
if they were bad but there gone now lol

Na it actually reached the surface,
i transplanted it just now i think i jacked it up man:(
The root was completely out the soil so i had to replant the whole thing as quick and peaceful as possible.
Oh yeah its a maryj
