So I submitted my stuff on the 4th, and I got my hard card on the 27th, not bad I'd say for everyone that was waiting months.

3-4 weeks seems to be the average now.
they have been pumping out cards with the new printer for a while.

good to know they are keeping up with demand.

Man I hope to get mine in the same amount of time as you did......got my green card saying they got it on 6-14....oh the suspense is killing me....and my 2 soon-to-be patients.

I would expect <30 days from the date you mailed it including weekdays. Mine was 24 days including weekends.

My buddy got his the same day too, he went on the 4th also, I submitted a patient friday and got the card back saturday damn..

My first card took over 8 months... My most recent renewal earlier this year took about 2 months which was my quickest yet. The state must be really stepping it up, I don't see how demand could be down considering we all have to renew each year.

WOOT!
They received my app on 6/14.
Hard card received on 7/13.
WOOT!

Don't you guys owe me an initiation smoke or something?

Really? You don't see why demand is down? LARA? AG Shuette? Doctor availability? We do not " have to renew every year"....

Yep the state is steppin up all right.

I must be out of the loop, can you please explain this to me? I know things are slightly different for me because I live in the city but I have my choice between dozens of doctors within a few miles of me. I know we aren't forced to renew each year but to stay in compliance with the law to grow we are, unless I'm missing something... LARA, AG Shuette? Please explain!

Yes sir you are way out of the loop. LEO is not our friend. Bill Shuette our great and powerful AG want to put me and you in jail for growing a plant. LARA allows anyone with access to LIEN to see you are a med patient.

As for doctors? I used to b able to introduce a terminal cancer patient to a caring concerned Dr in their own home.

Do u think the Jews where pleased that hitler's machines started getting their gold stars faster???

You still didn't really explain anything to me. Last time I checked there were about 135,000 medical marijuana patients in Michigan, if the demand for cards is down, what was patient count at its peak? Everyone knows Shuette and LEO are not on our side, what did they do recently to make the number or people in demand for cards drop???

Well sir, this thread is about how the state is issuing cards faster. They are faster because it is being handled by LARA now. Many of my people do not trust everyone who has access to their records. Please do not be intentually obtuse, sir.

wow...a guy asks a question and this is what he gets...some goofball answers....

I think they're saying demand is down because there was obviously a 1-3 year period where tons of people were applying. Now 4 years later there are a lot less "new" apps and we can assume renewals take less time to process. Considering all of that plus the transfer of the program to a new state agency (business minded customer driven :))) that is LARA's mantra) ...PLUS the new printer....you get the picture...hey at least they are faster now.

this forum is full of a bunch of tin-foil hat wearing dudes.
