ha, just saw the link, and yeah, not quite with it "uh, i'm not sure, i know there's a case out there that."

then at the end it's almost like he's ashamed of what he's just defended

I got pulled over for no front license plate. The officer said he smelled marijuana. I told him I have a recommendation. He pulled me out of the car, arrested me, took the container and took me to jail for 5 hours after I demanded to be taken before magistrate.

You have the right to sue for damages.

It don't sound like you incurred any damages to sue over, but...
Medical pot users, growers can sue over raids

The report of returned property includes your medical card. With a card why were you arrested?

some police agencies are incapable of rational thought.

I know I can file civil if my property is destroyed. Lawyers will work on contingency for such a case
