So I originally made this post in weeds247's thread:

For Patients who Still Need to Make an Doctor Appt

I would strongly suggest that nobody attempt to do business with weeds247. I sent $125 via paypal on the 18th, for a scheduled appointment of 12:00pm on the 19th.

A couple hours after sending payment, I get this email:

Doctor appt will have to be rescheduled to Sat @ 6pm. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for your understanding

During our phone call that day, I had already made it perfectly clear that I would be unavailable after 4:00, because I had to work. So I attempted to give weeds247 a call. Nobody picks up. I shoot weeds247 an email. No response. I shoot weeds247 another email. No response.

So I assume: Ok, maybe weeds247 is just super busy and some kind of emergency came up. Nope. I watched all day, as his profile told me that he was visiting this forum, at least four or five different times. Tried calling him one last time today, but still no response.

Now it's a paypal dispute. I guess it was stupid of me to send money before services were rendered, but there were a good amount of people on here thanking him for the hookup.

So as of today, this is his response in the paypal claim.

Payment was for a doctor's consultation in which individual did not show up for. Fee was then forfeited.

So i'm supposed to show up for an appointment that he reschedules, knowing full well that I would not be available, and then he won't even respond to my calls, emails, and forum messages?

Sorry that i'm dragging this into it's own thread, but I feel it's important enough that I don't want anybody else getting scammed.

bummer....ya live and learn man. we all get scammed at one time or another. just be glad in the grand scheme of things that it was a relatively small amount of money as I know the terrible feeling of being scammed for much more and it aint cool. At least you know for the rest of your life, you'll be a little lighter on your toes and smell bullshit like that ahead of time.

I actually got my appointment from him and i am currently legal. He never asked for money though i thought it was weird though there seem to be some disconnect between weeds and the Doctors Office but when i got there everyone was super professional and i now am a legal card holder.

Yea, I went there and was fine. Weeds247 seemed allright to me, shit went down allright.
You deff need to pay in person though...
I have been screwed through paypal before, so I don't use it.

I thought the same thing. Kymaera23, you may want to go into their office and inform them about your experience. If he does get referral money, typically companies will not continue to do business with someone who does shady shit, because it reflects poorly on their company.

I don't want to be pessimistic but I think Paypal disputes are only settled in your favor if you intended to purchase a real tangible item its almost always settled in the favor of the person who got ripped off. In cases like these however, its a virtual item or service and you can't really prove one way or another. Anyway I hope you get your money back dude. If you want a number to an actual doctor message me for a referral in flint. You pay after your certified and cash.

weeds247 hooked me up back in August. This place is legit and was totally stress free. I went with two other guys and we paid $85 each. If you have a group of four its only $75 each. Still waiting for my card though.

hey can someone pm me the address to the farmington location? I tried calling weeds and his phone is turned off....I got my rec. through him the first time with no problems but need to go back for my renewal

I dont know the name of the business....All I did was get the address from him and it was in a suite.

Why would you pay for an appointment in advance? Sorry you got scammed but I just can't figure out why you would use paypal, and in advance? Not sure about your area, but my doctor visit was a walk in, no appointment neccessary and I believe I've seen numerous adds for other places that do not require appointments.

I paid in advance, because that's what he told me to do. I used paypal, because i've had sellers try to screw me on ebay, and paypal protects you from that. Turns out they don't cover services. Paypal let weeds247 keep the money.

I read all these posts praising weeds247 for the great service, and I guess I became the unlucky person to get screwed.
