Wouldn't bother me in the least, I've been known to wear black jeans and work boots at the beach when it's 90+. Heat doesn't affect me nearly the way cold does.
Where are you that the beach hits 90+ for weeks on end? I don't want to go there! LOL

WTF..another possible 24"+ over the next week. My neighbors probably thing I'm f'ing crazy ..I walk around the yard kicking snow and yelling at it..I think I might have been crying as i snowblowed the other day, it's hard to tell when your face is crusted over with ice.

Did the previous owner disclose the snow risk before the sale? If not you may have recourse.WTF..another possible 24"+ over the next week. That's not snow - its either ash or fallout. Either way, you're gonna have a bad time.
Not if its ash from the neighbors house catching fire, and you happen to dislike your neighbor.
These people must have hated their neighbor!
