The root comeout of seed and is growing but Im worried cuz it will probably die. I want to know what to do to keep the plant alive. Its wierd, I wasnt even planning to grow that. Also the cup of water where it started growing was in a place where there wasnt too much light, it was in my bathroom lol. Now I put cup near to the window so the root or seed or plant or whatever it is can get some sunlight I dont know if it will help, do u think it will?

Take seed out of cup immediately and remove away from light. Don't expose the taproot to any light whatsoever.... What kind of growing system are you using?

Stick it in a pot with some compost, and let it do it's thing. It won't last long in a cup of water.

Lol... take a decent size pot and throw some decent soil in there and pop the seed in 1/2 .. 1/4 inch into soil.... however you don't sound too serious about doing this so you might want to continue paying your dealer.

its just the tap root looking to ground itself, it will die if you dont take it out, and probably already has root damage for being submerged so long. Take it out and transplant it tap facing down, and bury it up to the tip.

OK I will transplant it, after I do so, do I put it where it can get some light?

put it where it will reveive the most amount of light, or buy secondary light so maintain an 18 hour schedule, 18/6. Once it fills the container, transplant it outside, or read FAQ to learn how to care for it
