he's talking about smoking his 3 week old plant, I dont think he's at the level yet to make seeds.
Just let your plant grow in 12/12 for about 8 weeks, then smoke the rewards, assuming that it isnt male. time will tell.

Well i decided to Trim off the burnt leave's , but i made sure to leave a little green on the leave's so photosynthesis can still take place on the leave's i trimmed..
And i put the trimmed leave's in a ziplock bag and put it in the freezer to dry..So in a couple hours im gunna smoke those trimmings (Not the burnt part but the green that was around the burnt part) and see if i get a high off it....
and if i do..im just gunna Veg my plant for a couple weeks till i have ALOT more leave's and dry them and smoke them...THAN buy some grade A feminized seeds offline and order myself a 400wat HPS

Great news!! I caught down my little 3 week old plant (since it wasnt growing good, and i did NOT have the proper lights) I dried out about a bowls worth of the leave's and just got done smoking it a few mins ago.. The taste wasnt the best, which i didnt expect it to taste good since i smoke an 1/8th of kindbud every other day.
But the taste wasnt toooo bad. I can honestly say that iam STONED right now
the leave's smell like schwagg haha.
but just wanted to post this to let yall know that IT DID GET ME HIGH

Dude,don't do that shit. WEAN your girl. Those lights are shitty anyways, so you're not losin much. Put the plant outside for about 4 hours, but keep it on its regular lighting schedule. At that wattage, every 4 hours outside will save you roughly 1 megawatt of energy. After a few days, make space for another 4 hours outside light. A few days later, do the same, and a few days after that, just leave the plant outside.
