To cut to it these two plants will be 30 days old on 10/10/2010 they are both called HeavyWieght Shooting Star. They said seed to finish 60 days, I do not see that happening. Any way I run 400 watt HPS 20/04 I'm using the Moon Dust they sent with my Mini Cool Cab. I think where I came into problems was when I increased the nuite's to 1160 PPM they seemed happy around 900 PPM and that's where I brought them back to. But you can see for yourself that the plant in the back is much lighter and not near as robust. Any input would be much appreciated.

You have temperature and humidity issues huh?

Keep that temp at 75 during the day and 65 at night, and keep that RH around 35% to 45% and the ridges on your ruffles will smooth out.

Nutrients look spot on, you can see the damage from earlier but new growth is healthy. I suggest you thin her out just a little bit. Cannabis plants make more leaves than they need, removing a few will allow direct light to reach those lower branches and really help fill them out. Don't remove anything that doesn't have leaves directly beneath it. It'll take a day or two but the leaf mass you remove will be replaced with more efficient leaves and stronger bud sites. I'd suggest LST, but it looks like space might be an issue horizontally speaking, so defoliation right now looks like a good idea.

They look a little like my Big Bud does.

I think they mean 60 days of flowering, which is in line with a strong indica. Probably some Sensi Star genetics. Once you flip to more dark than light it should take less than 9 weeks to finish.

Just got out of bed I saw your responses. Snow Crash I can not get the heat any lower than 85 degrees during the day. I'm running lights 20/04. Like I said this was supposed to be a TrunKey system. I just ordered one of those H shaped air stones from kggardrensupplies, problem is that it was not in stock so I took about 4 feet of my co2 hose and conected It to my air pump which is all I can do until the new stone gets here. I know one thing, do not ever buy a TurnKey system. They are way over priced and will never do what you want. Also it is alot easier to take care of one plant instead of 6 to 8. As for the RH it is sitting on 42 right now, the PH I keep around 5.8 to 6.2 So other than a chiller is there anyway to cool this down? Oh yea. How much longer before this starts budding would you think? I know I'm not the most patient person, but I was under the impression 60 days seed to finish, that's the only reason I decided to mess with autos. Last question, what and where is the best deals for reverse osmosis water system. Thanks for everyones input, I'll thin the sick one out today. In my opinion, if the air stone is causing all this they should make these with a stone for each plant. Thanks again to all of you.

Okay, I came up with my neighbors airstone and went ahead and thined out all the plants. The only way I can cool down the system is to leave the doors cracked which will get me to about 80 degrees on a day like today. I think after Monday we'll have temps in the high 60's and low 70's. The Mini Cool Cab runs about 10 degrees higher than the air outside the unit. One last thing, I know nothing about revers osmosis systems. I'd like to find one that will do the job without having to install a permanent one due to the fact I rent an apartment. I hope this fixes everything, thanks again for everyones help. This is a very informitive site, keep up the good work.

Yeah, that air stone is super important.

I didn't know these were Auto's. They definitely don't look ready to flower. There is a chance these seeds didn't pick up much of the Auto sexing traits from the auto parent. If you switch to 12/12 lighting that will probably move things along in the direction you're hoping for.

I find Auto's to be a fad. Like pogs, or the tomagachi, or pet rocks. You can grow better bud with Sativa/Indica and it only takes a few more days. With the combination of 12/12 from clone, there really is no need for Auto-Flowering plants other than to fulfill the demand by growers. I mean, you have to order seeds every time you want to grow it. Lame.

The temperature is an issue. Increasing the ventilation is the only answer aside from adding air conditioning to decrease the room temperature. I run a 5,000 BTU conditioner I got for $100 and it keeps both my humidity and temperature in line. The difference in quality is worth the $100 every time. Your humidity sounds alright though, and honestly, 80 to 85 isn't terrible, it isn't 90, but if you can get sub-80 you're going to see a noticible difference.

I realize that not everyone is in a position to use giant blowers so the air con is a great idea. Even still I find it neccesary to keep a small intake fan going all the time, a four inch computer fan, for positive air exchange, because if you are going to or are running co2 the room has to be oxygenated before the light(s) go off. It also keeps increased air pressure in the room at all times so the plants have a richer atmosphere. You got great looking plants! 12/12hr lighting for budding!

Thanks for the replies, I should still wait another couple of weeks I would think before going to 12/12 shouldn't I? He'll they're only about 10" to 12" tall. I can run the air to help on heat issue no problem, I have a small window unit in that room infact it was at 79 which I can maintain. At wedding be back a little later. Back now, sorry for being short in my friends case you only get to be a fool 4 timed before 50. Thanks for the complement on plants. As for exsaust fans this unit has atleast thee or more, I do have the window unit I can use. I guess I thought I was running cool enough. So I really need to be 68 at night and no more than 78 during the day? Hell, these plants went nuts for a good three weeks and I bumped nuites and it all just stopped until I dropped them back under 1000 PPM. If nothing else this has been a good learning experience. They now have a temp of 79, an extra airstone and I turned on the airconditioner, however I can not see me sleeping in a 55 degree room which is what it would take to get to 65 degrees. Will a chiller take care of this?
Thanks again all!

New problem, I went ahead and did everything you guy suggested. The thing is I over did it on the foliating, I screwed up and sprayed twice with the lights on. I also have two AK47's in here I'm trying to get caught up to the others. So like a dumbass I put 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of Prop-O-Gator 0-3-2 to help the AK's root system and now I have this:

So what I've done for now, to tie me over until tonight is run straight water. Until I get some feedback, I'll be out of pocket until about 6:30pm CDT. Any input would be much appreciated. Oh ya! I did cut the lights back from 20/04 to 20/06 I look forward to you input. Thanks!

Nutrient burn. Possibly related to too strong a foliar feed... Whatever defoliation you did looks fine, don't worry about that. I strip my girls down to bare bones several times during veg.

The water is a good idea for now but you need to gradually increase nutrients soon.

Get back to your balance. Back to the plan, the schedule. Doing all this corrective action, especially if it's over action, is going to make this grow really frustrating for you. Try to take it much easier on the remedies, these things should be done slowly over time.

What I did was run straight water with the PH adjusted and cut the lights to 18/06. This mourning they all seemed a little more percked up. I started bringing the niutes back to where they were which was 960PPM. I guess no more for three or four days. Atleast it's just fan leafs. I know one thing, once the AK 47's catch up in a couple of weeks I'm going to 12/12 on lights, finish this grow and try to get one more in by X-Mas and use up the rest of my Auto's and then no more Autos unless it's Lowryder #2. Like I said I'm done with auto flowering plants, not enough yield.

Well after doing all that I could thing of on the temp problem. I came up with an idea to put an 6" elbow on the exaust of the Cool Tube, in pointing it straight up I can get the temp down to 79 if you point it downward the temp will rise by about 10% so temp problem fix. New dumbass thing I did was a root stemulant which gave my plant a light burn however it did give the AK47s a kick in the ass. As far as the burn, everything will be better than ever by end of next week. This photo is 35 days from seed. Any other ideas other than leave it be?

I think the new growth is looking good and healthy and the plant is still moving in the right direction. The damage won't heal so I think you're doing fine. You could run your nutrients at full strength by now I think.

Snow Crash, seeing how these are autos, would there be any point in cutting a couple of clones? Are will they stay small and just bud from the size I cut them? Also one is starting to get in the way of one of my AK47s, should I leave it alone or just take a clone from there? Thanks!
