if you cant find a hlg-120h-48b you can use a hlg-120h-c1400b and wire the strips in series for 1400ma per strip.
Im going to see what my options are to see what I can get. But that sounds scary do you think I can pull something like that off :D

hey, sorry for returning so late lol. I got married and stuff a lot is happening in life rn hehe here is the photo of the driver and how it came
Oh... that's nice! Congratulations mate to the two of you.

Looking at you're driver the wire on the left goes to the mains

On the opposite end the blue + and white - go to the dimmer and the red + and black - go to the + - connections on the light/board.

With boards there's usually two small connections on the light boards that the + - just slot into.

If you're stuck with anything give me a shout.

To simplify it or break it down, forget about the dimmer wire blue and white for now it's the thinner of the two output cables, just pretend it doesn't exist for now.

So that leaves one wire for the mains input Yellow green and brown then you have one output wire red + and black - that powers the light.
That leaves only the wire for the dimmer to connect.

No you don't need the dimmer it'll run on full power when you plug it in.
If you want you can add one at a later date, also some of the meanwells have little rubber grommets with a screw under them, at a push you could use that to adjust the power.

I'd need to look again but one screw adjusts the dimming power/voltage and the other the dimmer circuit if you had one plugged in.
