I have to start my pka over.

My fucking plant is only 7" tall and is on day 26!! What a fucking joke. I am flushing her right in the toilet. I learned that FFOF sux cock. I need any suggestions for a super light medium soil for my new PKA girls. I need to know what are the BEST lights to start germination, and vegging for are. I have heard CFL's. I am going to just use my 250hps when they start to flower. I am using a 20/4 light cycle from start to finish. I am going to use my 3 gallon pots. FFOF doesnt suck lol. half the people on here not in hydro are using FFOF with good results why cant you? and a MH bulb in your lamp would work good for germ, seedlings, and veg.
