I have webbing but cannot find a mite anywhere.

I have light webbing some of my flowering tops. But no matter how hard I look I cannot find a mite anywhere. I have had 3 separate people double check for me and not one of them can find a mite. What could be causing this? Could they be living ONLY in the bud clusters?

Nevermind we found them. Definitely mites. 40 days into flowering. >.<
