I just wanna live my life!

So I'm trying to find laws in Canada about growing weed, I have looked through lots of threads but cant seem to find my answer Friend has told me about a guy who deals (use too) and the cops followed him for 3 years before they busted him showed him all the pictures and convos this guy had with undercover police. He is now on house arrest for 2 years along with a fine. So my question is what are the laws for growing, selling etc. in Canada? Small grow room or big grow indoors along with selling 1 gram or 100 pounds. Any help will be awesome thank you!

accept the fact that people are insane and evil and hide your shit or face the trouble of dealing with insane and evil "people".

that or move to california, it seems to be somewhat less insane there, at least temporarily. (it seems to be very insane in other regards though, same as amsterdam, personally i think rural living is all around better, less smucks to go around)

I quite enjoy living in Canada been here all my life and just started to grow to help pay some bills and get by. I just wish i knew how the government and the police act on people growing. I know stealing is wrong along with trying not to leave a paper trail or bragging about what you got growing lol that's how you get busted but i would like to know what happens when you get busted... jail time? fine? house arrest? slap on the wrist? lots to know about this and knowledge is power

it depends on how much you grow and your crimial background but generally you just get probation if caught

its just a couple plants and i dont really have a criminal background.

for just a couple plants you wouldnt even get arrested. its basicaly like the same as possesion
