gastronomy in two minutes, it drys things, makes perfect rice, doesn't talk back, you can pat it, loyal thing! reheats coffee, purs like a cat. small and compact, unexpensive - fully digital.

i have been hooked lately watching ramsays kitchen nightmares on bbc america, and on it, dude can tell every time when something that he eats comes out of the microwave instead of being cooked proper in a stove..
that alone tells me that microwaves must really fuck up the taste of some foods..

but i do agree, they do rock with things like coffee and some smaller dishes like rice that even a microwave can't fuck up.. i'm still waiting for them to come out and tell us that they cause cancer or some shit like that honestly..

it still amazes me though they way that they work and what not..

if you like microwave food you should try Nissin Chow Mein Noodles (Im updating the hustlers diet). They're surprisingly good. They come with oil, dried ingredients, and a spice pouch. Reconstituted chicken never tasted so good. They're like $1.50 a piece and pretty filling.

i fucking love that shit. check out the nutrition facts, though. yikes.

i even eat the "italian" flavored stuff and the ultra fake mac n cheese stuff. i also like that other yakisoba brand which is essentially the same thing except with better freeze dried vegetables.

but the ultimate in lazy poison food for me is the microwaved frozen burrito.

About the ingredients; after posting that video I looked on the package and saw that was two servings and saw some of the
nute % were in the 20s. Yikes is right!

Amy's Organic enchiladas are mad good. I was vegan then vegetarian for 2 years and those suckers filled me up. Thats when I could afford to eat healthy.
