Thats exactly right. There is always going to be risks involved but the vendors with over 300 transactions and a 99 out of a possible 100 feedback speaks for itself. There is even a forum for SR where everything about the site gets discussed, including vendors..

I just downloaded "tor" on my fone....and then when I try to use it it says im not using tor.....would I have to go in and manually reconfigure settings in my fone to use it?.....it really shldnt be this difficult.

Thats just what I dowloaded to my fone....I now have a tor app and to go w it somthing clld "orbot" which is an app that sppdly works w tor to let u search sites.....when I try to search thru tor it says im not using tor.....im just gonna have to search it a little more I guess...
