I left light on in flowering room!!! help

I plucked all the nanners off but two were opend and put this yellow powder on the leaf obv pollinated!!!!!! I dont care about a couple seeds here in there but the plant that had nanners has all orange hairs at the top buds no white hairs.. what should I do plz help!!!

Spray the plant with a misting of water....dont let the pollen float around the grow...in fact spray the plants down with a misting of water....water will make pollen none viable
