It's the packaging, they don't change it up enough. Postal employess get hip to that royal mail,.......they never even make it out of the center
Attitude offers like 3 versions of guaranteed shipping. The highest level says if they dont show up, the order is replaced. When the PO posts the status as delivere, they wipe their hands of you, leaving you nowhere to turn as there is no lost/stolen claims at PO. My point was that,....if they are going to collect the extra money (it costs more in shipping to get a signature) then they should follow through with that on the other end and have the shit signed for. Problem solved. The TRUE ISSUE here is that they are "OK" with letting "a handful" of customers be classed as collateral damage.
