I am trying to win a scholarship at school to travel to Italy and study real Italian cuisine and food production factories and wineries for 17 days, if i go then i would leave on june 4th but i plan on harvesting around early to mid may. what would be a good slow cure for buds that i wouldn't have to check on for 2+ weeks?

All you need are these.

1.Mason jars with seals and lids.
2.Humidipak's
Just throw in 1-3 packs depending on humidipak size and jar size and weed quantity and they are good to go for at least a month, no burping necessary.

Im terribly sorry its been so long since ive been active on here, how do you +rep again?
I never thought the solution would be so simple. lastly how would i gauge the appropriate amount of weed per humidipak ratio?

The rep button is the star at bottom left of each comment frame. I forget about giving rep all the time to.

Well you can keep track of my humidpak cure here

Will have new posts and pics on Monday or Tuesday.

So far two of the medium sized humidipak's for each OZ of weed have kept RH between 61-63%. I have only burped twice in 10 days of cure, not even sure I needed to but I figured better safe then sorry.
