Red Mandarine by Sweet Seeds. 1 plant only. I transplanted her from a 5 to 15 gallon smart pot exactly 1 month ago. I used Ocean Forrest. I now with I would of used Strawberry Fields. Which I will definitely do on my next grow. Although since I just started week 5 of Flower. Well.. . It is what it is on this grow. So a big ass 15 gallon pot of fresh Ocean Forrest 1 month ago. I have not fed ANY nutrients this grow. For Ocean Forrest is already pretty damn HOT i.m.o. *this is my regiment, which I water in, in rotation. Every other day or every third day I add in *Mammoth P, *Silica & Cal Mag. *Southern A.G. *Photosynthesis Plus *Recharge, *Regalia. So basically just a bunch of goods for the microbes.. & Anti fungal every other week. Now, my question for my fellow more experienced growers is: I really want to add a little K to help the buds along. Just hesitant because my PPM's in my run off is still ready about 2500. Plant seems really healthy. I just cant help but think there's too much Nitrogen & not enough Potassium. Anyone use Ocean Forrest in Flowering?? *Can I add a little K next feed w/o worrying. Or just leave her be?? My leaves youst to all be Green. Now the ones on top are fading. Anyhow, Thanks for the feedback. *Pics attached.

This makes me think either a K deficiency starting, or just burn from the Ocean Forrest being Hot in Nitrogen?! Dunno.

But that's the only bud like that. The rest are fine. Here's another. But yea, if an issue I'd like to fix it before other sites look like that. I'm trying to keep my grows green with no burns.

Sorry, I tend to ramble. Just wondering if yall would leave her be, or okay to start adding a little K to her water? She's had 1 month in a 15 gallon pot of Ocean Forrest.

So you add bennies then kill them off with antifungal?
Dont bother looking at ppm runoff in soil and get rid of that exhale bag. Just burn a bunch of money it'll produce more c02 then that bag will and it'll end up cheaper in the long run.
Those plants are starving with 0 nutes.

Is that what I'm doing? I only water I 1 of those off the list with each water. Like monday Mammoth P, then Thursday Southern A.G. , but then wont use that one again for 10 to 14 days. Same with Regalia. Am I fuckin up? Please help.

Okay. I'll try & quit worrying about my PPM in soil so much. & if there's a more proper way to use Regalia, Souther A.G. , & Mammoth P & Recharge or whatever. Please advise.

I think you're making this alot more convoluted than it needs to be. I'm not a fan of FF. Search fox farms soil and 90% of the threads will be issues with FF.
Can't you get some topdress feed? Would sure be alot easier than what you got goin on.

Strawberry Fields barely has any nutes in it. And 15 gals of fresh FFOF should still be good after a month. It makes me wonder about what your feeding them now. Are you pHing the water too?

Yea, I pH to 6.3. & have never used nutes on this one. Besides what's in the soil already. I just add in the stuff I listed once a week in rotation., if that.

the reason I started using regalia and Southern AG every 2 weeks or so is because I have an old stuffy house and I got bought Botrytis on my 1st grow. it was heartbreaking to throw away half a pound of huge buds. Since then I have improved my air flow. *I had already bought 2 big bags of ocean forest one of happy frog and 1 of strawberry fields. so my plan is to use what I have for now and then I want to learn how to build my own soil. Just looki g for a little advice guys. This is my 2nd grow.

Reuse that soil as a base for your own soil. I started with FFOF over 3 years ago and turned it into no-till. So I've kinda been using the same soil for 3 years now.

This was my 1st. Blue Dream. Which I was new to growing so I didn't realize the signs of Botrytis. For in my case, you could not see it. It was in the middle of the huge buds. Bow I know. If it ever happened again I'd know by the beginning signs. Yellowing decaying leaves. Hollow bamboo like stems on bottom. Eccesive Red on stems, etc.

I think home boy is right. I made it sound like I have a big issue , when in reality I don't have an issue. I'm just simply asking if it's OK to add potassium after a month in ocean forest. that's all. Sorry. & thx.

I duno man. I'm not gona tell you what to do. But if it were me I'd take care the 'stuffy house' issue first. If your house has mold your weed will get mold. I'd drop my rh% and get some air movement going. Dont think like a commercial grower eg blast it with chemicals so it doesn't mold. Instead try to grow the plant so it's healthy and can ward off disease and mold and keep the area clean and disinfected. Use filters to filter the air going in. Etc.

I caught grey mold on my 1st growth. that's why I'm using anti fungles. and I improved my air flow since. I think I'm doing the right thing.. fuck if I know. Trying to learn as i go & study up. and I thought microbes were good for the soil. so if I'm killing them right after putting then in. By using anti fungles. How in the fuck do you add that shitt into your regiment?! I'd like to know how to improve my situation, if it's not right. I guess I'll get back to reading up.
