ok I am currently growing 4 plants from bag seed. they are all together in a 5 gallon pot with MG soil. I vegged them for 2 weeks then switched to 12/12 they took 25 days to show sex in 12/12 I got lucky and all 4 are female.I was planning on having at least two males. so I now have 4 plants in a 5 gallon container they are about 3 ft tall and just started actually flowering. should I transplant them to a bigger container? I am thinking of transferring them too a 20 gallon rubbermaid hempy bucket because I have done this in a past grow and the plants never seemed stressed. should i transplant or leave them? any help would be great.

the plants are doing ok except for the minor nute burn from the MG but they are droopy most of the time like they need water but I am only watering sparingly to keep from burning them.

ok, firstly, if they look droopy, just give them plan water that has been ph'ed, and only add any other nutes every other watering..
as far as transplanting them to a bigger pot, i would say not to.. you can stress a plant out by transplanting them once they are in flower.. next time, a five gallon pot is plenty big, but just pot one plant in a pot at a time.. this will save much aggravation later down the road..

DONT DO IT! :finger: Its too late to transplant! If your plants are 3 ft tall the roots are too tangled to start dicking around with them. You will stress them at the least or straihgt kill them. :wall:

20 gallons is alot especially for a 3ft plant... i'd go with 10... thats really all you need.

also I was planning to transplant them all into the same container and leave all soil and roots just as they are. would this still stress them? basically just giving them more space not removing anything at all just adding.lol if this makes sense. I am just worried they might get to big and die if they dont have enough room for the roots.

yeah I am not i am sure a pro could make it work but this is my second grow and I dont have the knowledge yet.

so basically if I am 27 days into flowering and they just showed sex will they get too big for this 5 gallon pot? or will they be fine since they shouldn't really grow much more? they just got way bigger than i anticipated. I was hoping they would be about a foot at harvest. i feel like i am so close to my first harvest i dont want them to die. thanks for the help so far.
