my plants are 2 months old and abut a foot, when can i be able to tell the sex? and should i dispose of males immediatley?

You have to induce flowering (12/12 light cycle) before you can tell the sex. About a week or two into flowering sex will be obvious dispose of males if you want sensi keep one around if you want seed
