i need help on the flowering stage

after you change the hours to make the plant flower what is the reccommended lighting hours for a plant that just started showing the buds

12/12 from the start of flowering until the end

my added two cents is molasses... they love some of that in the water big time

also molasses works good for when you flush as it adds a lot of carbs for your babys to use while you flush away build ups

and when you harvest leave a couple branches and put the lights back to 24 hours on for 2 weeks then 18 hours on to get a second grow/harvest
