I need help with my bong

Anyone wanna help me figure out how to get my downstem out of my bong without breaking it?

Is it a glass on glass bong or regular stem? If it is because it is all resined in, use some iso alcohol and wipe down the outside of it and then try to get some to pour down the sides on the stem. That should help loosen up all the resin.

its glass but it has this rubber fucker in between the bong and stem. Its an ass because I got a new stem with a diffuser that should fit but I don't wanna break my glass regardless ya know? I'm like getting irritated by the minute too lol. Thank god for weed.

I had the same problem. the contact with the grommet and glass is dry. I was able to use a paperclip and run it in between the stem and grommet while it was under water. It eventually broke the seal and I was able to twist the stem. If it's still a problem try using some oil to break the seal. Obviously corn or some cooking oil NOT motor oil or WD40. DOH. Hope this helps and good luck I know that sucs. Next time try using a little petroleum jelly on the grommet b4 u put it back, that helps a little.

Dish soap will get it maybe and smell good to.

Just run it under water and at the same time twist the downtube. Good luck putting it back in

Ah yeah I know the kind you mean, My last bong was the same way. I was able to slowly ( and i mean really slow it used to take me like 15 minutes to get it out) start to twist and pull it out. Im hoping yours can do the same.

If not atleast you got a sweet new diffuser to throw in it. They definetly make a difference!

i had this prob when i was cleaning my bong.. i had to use cookin oil and lightly move the glass piece backing forth to get the oil in it then i had to twist... it always helps to twist when taking it out and not just pull straight out.... or if your not going for the resine the hot water works alot... also works very well with a tooth brush to clean it... the resin just comes right off... but who want to wash away good resine?? lol...

save the resin for a day when ur out of pot
