Well I have 4 42 cfl daylight and I just wanted to know would I have to change to soft white or something else if there 2 week into flowering or can I just keep the daylight on them

You don't necessarily have to make the switch, but the bud would be much denser if you did.

yes, put 2 different lights in. Your plant will get a more complete spectrum and grow better.

how many watt do i need for the soft white ???

You can go 50/50 daylight and soft white, Or heavier on the soft white because they're in flowering.
