i need some advice plzzz

i have 3 cannabis plants, they are 9-16 inches tall, sitting under a 1000w hps. the light is approx 30 inches above the plants. the area is 36in wide, 30in deep and about 55in high.
the tips of the leaves on my plants are a tiny bit yellow, i dont think they could be burning.. its not hot at all when i put my hand just above the plant.
ps these plants are approx 5-6 weeks old. im not too worried about the tips of the leaves being a bit yellow. im more concerned about how small they are for being this old. im feeding them micro grow bloom every 4 days (2.5mL, 2.5mL, 0.75mL ratio) ive increase the amount of nutes by just 0.5mL in the past 3 weeks.
the smallest plant is about 9 inches tall, and it always seems to be heavier then the other ones. so im assuming its having a hard time absorbing water and nutrients. i added sand to the soil and loosen the medium up a bit so hopefully that works.
is the size of my plants small for their age? and am i feeding them enough?

soil or hydro, lets see a pic and go from there, cause you infos kinda lacking. how dense are the plants??? cause in a space that small they might be getting too much light and then wont stretch.

what strain is it? the plants look good and bushy maybe you need to transfer them into bigger pots now

ok. what does that mean?
for my clones i bought this root stimulant, its not stim root or the gel, its a foliar spray. should i start spraying my plants as well?

Yeah do a transplant and use superthrive with your nutes 1/4 tsp per gallon use 3-5 gallon pots and you'll be able go all the way to harvest with no worries

ok so i just transfered them from 1 gallon pots, into 3-4 gallon pots. ill grab supertrive tomorrow, what is it?
ps i couldnt find the exact same potting soil, so i used the same brand, but not the same type, does it matter?

what kinda soil is it? and are you using any nutes??? looks kinda like a humidity problem, never had one but i have had freinds with problems like that, do you have a temp and humidity gauge in there??? and i would say the pot transfers gonna do you wonders, i i suggest five gallon buckets and nothing smaller to flower in. im interested in seeing what the mother looked like, could be just genetics. not a huge problem although growth is stunted, it is fairly bushy so i suggest flowering it now or soon if you haven't already. i wouldnt use the spray until you KNOW whats wrong, you already changed one variable you dont want to compound it, if the transplating stops the curling then bam problem solved (i think it might) if not then we know what its not.

I SUGGEST- flush the new pots heavy, to insure no buildups in the soil. keep them out of standing water at ALL times, let the top soil dry then water repeat. keep us updated and ill proably edit this tommorow when im a little less not sober.

its just shultz potting soil plus. but i was using african violet. i picked up super trive, ill use it in a couple days. and ill flush as soon as possible.

Yeah use it start using it right away. I mean the next time you feed 1/4 tsp per gallon. I use it from start to until I do the last flush before harvest
