I Need some growing advice

I’ve grown a few times with successful results, I’ve had a tent with a 1000w HPS light a nice setup but all had to be sold. I’m growing again and money’s tight. I have 7 plants going right now one is a clone and it’s under two t8s and 2 cfls and it’s doing good it’s starting to show pre Flowers. Another seed was a feminized seed from a Seed Bank and is growing real slow but surly that one is also under the two t8s and cfls. The other 5 plants are bagseed under a single CFL each for now but just got a 6 bulb T8 light for free. I’m definitely gonna invest in a new light setup soon in the future but now for the questions. how will the t8s due and why are my plants stretching way too fast under 1 single CFL each? They’re like 3-4 weeks old and already are about a foot or over while the feminized seed is about 3 inches. Any ideas guys?

T8 just arnt that good for growing not ideal spectrium and very inefecient in terms of umole per watt

Well t5s are generaly 6200 or 6400k plants use very little between 3k and 5k to metabolize growth. Some studies have shown that plants do use that light but it only helps with drought and insect resistance

What would be a good light setup for vegging and than what would be good for flowering as light wise. Like how many watts and K should I need for vegging 5 plants ?

Get a full spectrum light plants need blue light in veg red in flower. Full spectrum will do both . Blue light will help stop stretch and keep nodes closer together instead of having nodes 4.5 .6 inch apart and you want the light right above them withing the 12inch mark
