I need some help guys. Room design

Starting from scratch after a catastrophic sulfur burner malfunction that killed all my ladies. Getting some beans from a good friend, lot of reg seeds. and a few fem.
Scrog, sog or V Scrog?
Hydro or Soil? What medium? What would you do?

I have 2 600s aircooled reflectors, and a few t5's I'll pull out when needed.

Room size to play with = 4 1/2 by 10ft
24 plant limit, not sure what kind of pots to use or the arrangement, ext. lol What would you do?

I would go with a scrog and a nice drip irrigation system..

Thats what I was thinking about doing, but I don't think I should scrog with regular seeds. I'll have males I'll have to separate. I can scrog the fem seeds tho
