I need some help = ]

I've been growing this plant for a over a month and mostly outside but it has not really got any size to it i've been trying to decide if its male or female but I still dont see any balls or pistils so I dunno.

I can't tell, looks like it's time to clean your lens.

But it does seem to be starting to alternate nodes so it shouldn't be long now.
