I need supplemental lighting!! l.e.d. or cfl?

Ok, so I have three super skunk plants one month into flowering. One is a whole lot shorter than the other two(all under a 250w hps) and becuz its shorter, the light is not close enough and i want to feed it with more light. Should I go with a cfl or led?

Cfl all the way!, 2700k

id go for 2 or 3 cfls, over 23w

i would go with the cfls..just my opinion..
