It's over watered from being in a party cup. Repot it and it'll be fine.

Re pot it and not into the same medium, get something decent so you get faster growth and less salt burn on lower leaves, eg coco made for growing dope.

man ,that plant is way past time to transplant ,happy frog in 1 gallon ,ocean forest in to 3 gallon
