I picked up this floro fixture today, I need help

I probably should have asked this question before I went out and purchased anything.

I picked up this double floro fixture thats 24 inches long and runs two 20 watt floro lamps.

I couldnt find any warm floro lights so I purchased one cool white floro and one of these aquarium/plant growing floro's thats apparently filled with this special floro stuff that emits red and blue spectrum light.

both are 20 watt.

Was this a good buy or did I make a bad purchase.

the lights are "T-12's"

for seedlings and clones it will get you by but its not ideal, you cant use it for flowering plants though. replace the aquarium tube with another cool white and your good for seedlings and clones.

Perfect..I'm using two T12 plant/aq..and two T5... best veg I've had..... low heat, great veg..I just switched to red T5 for a couple weeks then 400HPS... luck.

so you use the plant/aq for vegging and then move them to the T-5's?

Or do you use the T-12 lights with the T-5's at the same time then move them to your HPS flowering light?

I use the T5 + 12 for veg... replace T5 blue with red, and still use T12 to grow out lower veg...and in 3 weeks I get my 400hps.....
