I pray they are just thirsty

So I checked my ladies this am and they where fine and looking normal.. a lil later in the evening they looked like this im praying that they just need some water. Im 62 days in to veg and I don't want to start over.. just turned my carbon filter on 2 days ago because they where starting to smell a bit when you walk in the house

They look thirsty to me. What's your medium? Was the medium moist, wet, dry?
 
The top was a dry but the middle was huh tomorrow would have been their normal water day. When I turned my C.F on I notice the humidity dropped a bit down from 65- 75 on avg to about 30% the last 2 days

The humidity is a factor here for sure, especially if the top of your soil was bone dry. I don't use a watering schedule myself, I just water when things start to dry out. If I have to dig to find moisture, time to water. On the flip side my humidity is usually something I have to lower to avoid condensation in my cab. You probably want to get your humidity up above 40.
