I Put a Couple Hogs in the Enclosure...

I put a couple small hogs in my enclosure for a few weeks. Has anyone else done this before? Have I ruined the possibility of growing in my enclosure this year? I'm going to try it anyway. I just wondered if anyone knew what I could expect. Thanks in advance.

Are you growing in dirt, outdoors?

Been a long time since I bought any really. I just dread having to grow in pots or something.
I just put seeds in plugs to germinate. I’ll have 12 plants from 10 strains in 5-gallon buckets. Interior Alaska with a 100 day growing season at best so no photo is going to finish outdoors. And I haul every drop of water 45 miles. I do miss growing outdoors.

You haven't ruined it, but I would suggest raking up the pig poop before planting. Unlike some manures, pig poop needs to be aged before using. Thow the manure in a pile with some soil/compost and age it for a couple months, then it should be usable.
It was muddy here so it's kind of late for that. Hoping that the supplemental hay I gave them will aid in the composting and maybe even lock up some of the nitrogen until it breaks down. Thanks for the input. I'm feeling a little better.

Have you ever seen a hog pen? They put a rototiller to shame...
OP You should be fine, but i would plant in small holes in regular potting soil and let the roots grow out and find the pig soil. I expect you will see phenomenal results...best of luck
Hoping so. I sure got out of my comfort zone this time.
