I was going to say this.i use promix sometimes and rootriot plugs sometimes and either way around day 5 or 6 I let em dry out some. And I almost never use a dome on cuts unless they wilt the day I cut em,then I might cover for a day or 2 until they perk up again.
I think your leaving too much leaf on your cuts,try snipping the leaves by a third and only keep the top 2 or 3 leaves
