ITS FUCKING RIDICULOUS!!

these few mods do their job for free... they dont get paid in anything but the enjoyment that the members get from an RIU that is on point with it's topics... an RIU that isnt full of fighting and bitching and arguing... an RIU where memebers get together and talk about growing and not about who's getting banned and why...

we as the members set the standards for the sites.. we make the threads that people post in.. we control the topics.. when trolls chime in and start shit WE are the ones that respond to it and fuel the fire... you all want a "better RIU"?? well stop acting like 5 year olds, start acting like adults, and change things!!

if you see a thread that you dont agree with, AVOID IT!!

someone starts talking shit, IGNORE THEM AND GET A MOD TO TAKE CARE OF IT!!

a troll starts posting stupid shit to start a fight, PASS THE THREAD UP!! trolls win everytime they start problems!!

and if you have a problem with a mod for any reason, take it up with rolli... dont be a child and start a thread bitching and whining and stomping your feet.. it gets no where.. and brings the quality around here down..

people get banned and suspended for breaking the rules that the mods must enforce.. it sucks when long time members, who feel comfortable with things (maybe too comfortable), walk a thin line and end up getting banned.. no one likes to see a well known and recognized person get banned.. but the truth of the matter is if they break a rule they are held just as accountable as anyone else.. if not then the mods have to listen to how "they are partial because they are friends with ...."

look people.. as i said we are in control of what is talked about here.. as long as we follow the rules which are there to make our experience more enjoyable then we have no one to blame but ourselves... stop blaming the people who work for free, with no pay and obvious little gratitude...

thank you mods for the job you do do for us... your work doesnt go unnoticed to some..
