In the little town in which I live we have a Hotsauce festival every year . We just had it last weekend. As far as hot goes I purchased some Carolina Reaper hot sauce which was very hot and as a matter of fact I had a to deal with Butt fire for a day or so.......! I feel for you Uncle Baldrick !
