I think i have Thrips!

Just notice yesterday, that overnight one of nine plants has shiny stuff all over the leaves. After research thrips seem to be the culprit. Can't find any of the bugs, I know theyre really small. Seems like a lot of stuff on the leaves to appear over night though. Any ideas or help?

Thrips are tiny white worm things, bout a mm long. They leave little black spots on the leaves which are their shit. From a distance you will see a silvery kind of discoloration on the leaves. You will need magnification to see them and the shit, or I did.

Thrips were the bane of my grow room for months. The best controls I've found seem to be either pyrethrum or spinosad for killing them on the plant. Monterey Garden spray with spinosad is some awesome stuff. But you'll probably have to kill them in the soil as well, for that I've been using 1/4-1/2 of a mosquito dunk dissolved in a gallon of water. And you'll probably have to repeat every 5-7 days at least 3-4 times, they're tough little SOBs! Good luck man, don't let those little buggers get in yer head!
