How do you post those screen shots? Sorry, not real good with computers.
He likely took a screenshot, opened up a paint editing program (ie. Photoshop, MS Paint) and cropped the image, then posted the image to his photobucket or flickr accnt, then created a thread, adding the url of the image to the post.

Depends on the OS. With my macbook air I just hold down the apple key the shift key and the number 3 key at the same time and then release. It saves it to my desktop.
You can take cropped screenshots with a Mac, Press Cmd + Cntrl + Shift + 4. Cool trick!

...VERY STRONG AND POTENTIALLY DAMAGING WINDS EXPECTED SUNDAY...

.A POTENT UPPER LEVEL TROUGH WILL APPROACH NEW MEXICO
SUNDAY...BRINGING STRONG SOUTHWESTERLY WINDS ALOFT. AS THIS
SYSTEM DIGS CLOSER TO THE STATE A STRONG SURFACE LOW WILL ALSO
DEVELOP IN THE GREAT PLAINS...CREATING AN ENVIRONMENT FAVORABLE
FOR STRONG SOUTHWEST SURFACE WINDS OVER THE REGION. THE STRONGEST
WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP ALONG AND EAST OF THE CENTRAL
MOUNTAIN CHAIN OF THE STATE AS WARM TEMPERATURES ALLOW THE
STRONGER WINDS ALOFT TO BE MIXED DOWN TO THE SURFACE. SUSTAINED
SOUTHWEST WINDS OF 35 TO 45 MPH ARE FORECAST THROUGH MUCH OF
SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING WITH OCCASIONAL WIND GUSTS
REACHING 60 TO 70 MPH. ALTHOUGH WINDS WILL DIMINISH FROM WEST TO
EAST MONDAY EVENING...STRONG WINDS ARE LIKELY TO PERSIST ACROSS
PARTS OF THE EAST AND SOUTH MONDAY NIGHT.

We're about to have some serious wind issues and usually that translates to our annual spring dust storms. This one is going to be a doozy.
