I think I messed up big time

Hey RIU community, so my auto flower seedling is on day 11. As I was watering this morning, I some how managed to knock over one of the sticky fly traps that I had in soil and it ripped off two pieces of leaves at the tips. Is she done for . I’m really sad and so pissed at myself. This is my first time growing. I have another 4 day old seedling and 3 days old. This one I planted before. She was looking so beautiful until I did this. Please let me know if I should just pull her and give up. Thank you so much for any guidance, I always appreciate this amazing community. One pic is before, like yesterday, before I f$@k%d her up. I tried spraying her to get the soil off off the leaves that fell on it.

Shouldn't be a problem. Don't feel bad , I had one fall out of a pot a couple days ago and land sticky side down on my nice bushy Northern Lights plant. Lost a couple leaves but life goes on.

Had an entire branch break off a very young clone during some LST and that branch was re-attached with a pipe cleaner. She yielded great

It's amazing what these plants can recover from.
@StareCase your absolutely right, the more research I did this morning, it’s truly amazing what they take sometimes as a result of both human and natural errors. Some of us are just built too deal with more than others, just like my girls, lol.Thank you so much.

A normal healthy plant can take a beating and be fine.
I know it's not recommended to super crop Autos, but I've bent over some too tall branches, and they were fine. I got extra buds but smaller and more of them. I dropped a fly paper ribbon across a couple of plants and removed a dozen or so leaves. No problem. Pretty soon you pluck off those first few leaves that you lost sleep over. When I started Loli popping I used to cut off a small bud and say to myself "well that was a bong hit". Now it's just snip, pluck pluck bye see ya.
Good luck and have fun with it. Shit will definitely happen no matter how long you've been at it. Pay attention to your plants and the environment and you should be fine. It's pretty easy really but you only get out what you put into it. Get a good book and rely on your own research. Forums are a bad place to start looking for answers. Everybody does things differently and their environment is different too. What works for some (and they swear that's the only way) doesn't work for others.

Thank you I really appreciate your insight and feedback. I’ll keep everyone posted and how she’s progresses.

I should say that there are a few threads here worth checking out. My favorite is welcome to the scrog. It's a very long thread going back to 2009 I think. You can get some good ideas and insight just by looking at what people do. There are pictures of beautiful plants in super clean grow rooms by growers who know their stuff. Very impressive. It will take you and me a while to get to that level, but that's our goal.

They will grow so many leaves that you will find yourself continually trimming them off throughout the grow. Like alot of defoliated waste.
