I think I might've f*cked up Supercropping

I tried my hand at supercropping yesterday, but I think I might've overdone it. The parts of the branches that I supercropped are turning brownish and are pretty damn bent. I know the pictures are shitty, but I'm hoping someone can tell me whether to expect the plants to recover or not. The last photo is a group shot the day before.

Super cropping is kind of vague. What exactly did you do?

idk, to me it looks like you did it right.. nothing looks broken through/off.. cats <3 mj plants

I squeezed the stems to soften them then bent them to the degree shown in the pictures. I used this video as a reference (watch from 2:00).

And thanks, the cat is nuts. I didn't notice him in the pic until now.

next time try to "crush" the stem rather than just break it I found it works better. I'm sure your plants will be fine though.

i didnt even notice the cat at first untill it was mentioned. Hes camoflaged with the floor!!

looks fine, it will heal just fine, marijuana can go through alot so dont worry about it, but next time just squeeze the stalk and it will bend itself looking good but keep the cat away they carry spider mites and eat the weed

I just looked at that picture. Looks like my cat.

From what i can see your plant need some nitrogen or maybe a transplant not sure how big your containers are.

I watched one of my friends literally break the main stalk of an OG Kush instead of bending it. That was about a month ago and it's fine. I'm sure your plants will be fine, too.

The key to supercropping is to mash the stem for several days until it becomes flat..peace

I think they're in two gallon containers. I'm pretty sure it's a nitrogen deficiency; my last watering was the first time since they were 12 days old that I didn't use any nutes because though I saw no negative effects I haven't heard of anybody feeding with every watering. So the last watering five days ago, I gave just water.Then the bottom leaves started yellowing. I haven't checked the pH in a while, though, I'll do that tonight. Maybe I just diluted the nutes too much or something. Anyways I'm just gonna keep feeding the way I was before from now on until flowering.
On a side note, the only time the cat can get in the grow room is when I'm in there.
And I'm VERY relieved that they're likely gonna be fine, I'll stick to the more gentle suggestions from now on. Thanks a lot for the replies, people. Most of my (albeit inexperienced) knowledge about growing I learned from lurking on these forums.

about the cat situation I have a dog and my dogs a farm dog he loves checking the herb out with me in my house but I stopped it because last time he went in it wasnt more then a day later my plants were infested with spider mites baaaaaad..and its no fun haha..anyways havent watered in 5 days? Your plants dont dry out from that? I am using 3.5 gallon containers and water every other day it seems

Supper-crooping is kind of tricky, and scary at first, but from the pictures it looks like you nailed it.

Poor plant. Why not just train it with twine, bailingwire or something else suitable. That should achieve about the same - spreading out the plant. It's easy and does'n traumatize the plant like 'supercropping'

The point of it is to stretch out the plant plus make the stalk stronger to hold more bud weight if my reading has done correctly
