I think I overdosed her with nutrients

I decided to lower the ph which was a little high, by using about 20 drops of vinegar in 500ml of water and pre-testing the water, which worked. But at the same time I added an extra 4 23w cfls for a total of 9. Could one of these 2 sudden changes be the culprits? More light and lower ph = more nutrient intake? I only recently (about a week) started giving it 24-8-16 as well.

nute burn! flush and give less concentrated nutes. how old is she ?

This is my first grow, so i'm still somewhere in the learning curve.

She's 5 weeks not including the rooting period. She is only 10 inches tall but because I only had one or 2 lights to start with and I used incandescent bulbs in the beginning. She's been through a lot. 3 transplants, I tried the upside down thing as well and ended up over watering her during this process but I can say that she was doing well upside down up until I almost drowned her and was forced to do another transplant.

Oh, I wanted to ask if anyone knows whether she will heal herself and look normal again or is this permanent damage? What kind of damage is it?

Alright thanks everyone for your help, I'll try to better manage the nutrients. it is greatly appreciated =). I am using soil with some pre-mix, worm castings, and perlite btw peacegrow, the dome I am using is 6 bristol boards cut into a circle then made into a funnel shape, the top of the funnel is where I suck out the heat from. This way, most of the light is used.
