I Think I've Got Twins?

I greminated a bag seed about 3 weeks ago and when I planted it seemed normal. Few days later I see the sprout and it looks healthy, I had her under a CFL for on a 24 hour cycle. After a day or 2 I noticed that I dont have my first set of leaves yet and I just figure damn my light must not be enough or maybe she's just slow. Another day or 2 goes by when I notice she got 2 set of leaves not on the same stem but indvidual stalks. (see pics 1 &2 )

The plant is doing fine in fact shes lookin damn good considering the make shift way I'm goin about it right now. During the day time I've been harding her off to the texas heat & humidity, and at night I've got 2 CFL's goin 24/7 to try to give it a little boost. I plan on vegging for about 5 more weeks then letting her flower out doors in the cooling Texas weather.

I've held off on topping either of the twins because I'm not sure if the stress would be worth the result since I'm only vegging for a lil while longer, and with less than optimal light. But now I'm second guessing myself because she look so healthy.(see pics 3 &4)
pic 3 is before transplant and 4 is 4 days after the move.

Any body ever seen something like this before? I swear I didn't mess with the sprout at all it just came out this way.

Do you guys think i should top her or just let the 2 go the natural way ?

I was even thinking about trying to LST this weirdo but I'm not sure my 2 CFL's will support that much growth.
I'm open to any ideas.kiss-ass I know I could be doing this way better but I'm working on slim to no budget and I'm just trying to squeeze as much as I can outta 1 more plant before our crappy 6 weeks of Texas winter.

That exact thing happened to me once. Although one of the sides started exploding while the other remained small. Once the small one was removed the bigger one had more room to breathe. I dont know what it is but I would let it go and see how it plays out. Worst case scenario, cut off the smaller of the 2.

Very true. The majority of the light that comes from CFL's comes from the sides, not the bottom. Best way is to drop them low around the plant and surround it.
