Your gonna need to put that one down...it's in pain it's the humane thing to do....I only just misted it but it was too much because the leaves were drooping. I didn't water for 4 days and they stopped drooping
But now they are twisted. Is this overwatered?

It looks fine; the first set of true leaves always look a bit funky. Stay the course!now they are twisted

Fungus gnats can effect hydro too , fuckers are persistant, they like anything wet and also will lay eggs in saucers that have not been cleared of run off .Stop misting?
