I thought of something.

This just popped into my head a second ago but i was thinking about the need for a dark period during vegging so the roots can grow in the dark period makes no sense. think about it, if roots grow best during the dark period then why is it we run 24/0 to help clones develop and root as fast as possible?
lol, thats more of a comment than an question but anyone else have any thoughts on this?
