If the nodes are still making two leaves per node (not alternating) then top it again. Once it starts alternating, I recommend you stop topping and just tie it down however you want if you want to at all because once the nodes start alternating, topping it won't divide it into two EVEN tops. the higher up one will usually be more vigorous. Takes a lot more work to keep them the same height at that point. Also, you will get bigger buds if you use this technique because the tips of the branches tend to have the main cola for that branch, while the smaller ones coming from the lower nodes , while they may be trained to be the same height, usually get noticably less "energy" or priority from the plant so the buds are smaller. You want as many branch tips as possible imo.
